- Governed by Croatian law; any disputes fall under the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
About these terms
These terms apply to the use of promoitems.eu and to quotes and orders placed through it. The site is operated by Tvister Terato d.o.o., Pavlenski put 5O, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (EU). By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices & quotes
Prices shown on the website are indicative “from” figures based on minimum order quantities and may change with quantity, decoration, colours and specification. The binding price is the written quote we send you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated; VAT is applied according to EU rules and your VAT status.
Ordering & payment
Ordering is quote-based, like a webshop, but without online payment. You add products to a quote request or ask us; we reply with a confirmed quote (price, decoration, lead time). An order is confirmed once you approve our quote, and production starts after you approve the artwork proof. Payment terms are agreed in the quote.
Artwork & intellectual property
By submitting a logo or design you confirm you hold the rights to use it and you authorise us and our production partners to reproduce it on your order. Logos, artwork and trademarks shown on our products on the website are examples of the type and quality of customisation we offer — they do not imply any endorsement by, or association with, the owners of those marks.
Production, quantities & tolerances
Custom items are produced to order. As is standard in promotional manufacturing, there may be a minor over- or under-run in the delivered quantity; the order is billed to the quantity actually delivered.
Delivery
We deliver EU & Worldwide. Lead times shown are approximate and are confirmed in your quote; they typically run from approval of the order and artwork proof. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. carrier or supplier delays, force majeure).
Changes & cancellations
Because items are custom-made, orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. For changes or cancellation before production, any artwork, proofing or setup work already carried out may be charged.
Returns & claims
Custom-printed goods are non-returnable except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receipt, with details and photos where relevant; we will then advise on return or replacement.
Liability
We take care to keep product information and prices accurate, but the website may contain errors; where an obvious pricing error occurs we are not obliged to honour it and will contact you before proceeding. Our liability for a defective order is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
